We will be waiting for you at the entrance of the underground garage. Access: turning left immediately upon entering the hotel grounds, passing through the barrier, about 50 meters ahead.
Is there a reception?
No. The apartment operates as private accommodation, keys are handed over in person (or via a key safe).
Why do I need to provide my arrival time?
The key handover takes place at a pre-arranged time to avoid waiting.
Why is it necessary to provide the license plate number?
The parking lot is closed with a barrier and can only be used with a pre-registered license plate.

No. Your reservation is for the Spa Residence Carbona Apartment House. Please do not check in at the hotel reception!

How does online check-in work?

The access code has been sent to you by email.

- Cash payment is only possible by prior arrangement
- Bookings are generally prepaid

Is parking available?
Yes, one parking space is provided per apartment.
Can I park more than one car?
In case of 2 cars, prior arrangement is required – we will try to provide parking for the second car or suggest alternative parking options.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes, via self check-in using a key safe, after completing the required ID scanning.
Important: personal assistance is not available after 20:00.
Is daily cleaning provided?
Cleaning, bed linen, and towel change are provided every 7 nights.
Extra cleaning is available for an additional fee.
